More information:

–   In the wood industry, brushes are used to sand and clean wood; they are made of vegetable material, tampico. These brushes are usually attached to sanding paper, which we produce ourselves; it is cut in leaflets. Sanding paper of various granulations is helpful in the sanding process of the products.

–  We also manufacture brushes for belt grinders, which are intended to push the sanding paper onto the product in work; usually, they are used to sand seats and chairs.

–   Lathe machines use brushes with the base made of beech wood or plastic, filaments are made of sorghum; it is attached manually, using a wire. These brushes press the sanding belts to the product in work, achieving a fine processing of the lathed element.

–   Brushes used in wood ageing are made on PVC base. The filaments are wavy wire, 0.2 to 0.45 mm thick, or nylon wire with different granules. These brushes are used to highlight the growth rings of the wood.

–   For the wood industry, we manufacture various wheel brushes for contact sanding machines. They are made of pure horsehair or Tampico. Usually, their length is 1300 mm, and they are used to clean the dust after the sanding of products. They are also used in paintshops on varnish coating machines, where they clean the dust before the items are varnished. With these wheel brushes, it is necessary that a vacuuming system is present with the wheels, to vacuum the dust particles which the wheels remove.

–   We renew wheel brushes that contain brushes of QuickWood, Unisanding and Venjakob types, or brush wheels for machines used in wood industry. For these brushes, we manufacture also sanding paper of different granulations, which can be replaced if necessary.

–   For the metalworks industry, we manufacture brushes for sandblasting machines (sandblasters). We create the base for such brushes ourselves, using polypropylene filaments; the material is extremely resistant to wear and temperature. These brushes are intended to clean the granules from the sandblasted metal constructions before the application of paint.

–   In the sawmills, where planks are cut from timber, brushes are required to clean the sawdust from the planks. The planks, stored in the drying room, must be cleaned – otherwise they will retain traces, which negatively affects the quality of the wood. Brushes made for the purpose of cleaning the sawdust are made of wooden or plastic cores and filled with nylon. For these brushes, it is important that the arrangement of the holes is appropriate, achieving a suitable brush hardness for thorough cleaning.

–  We manufacture different types of brooms for cleaning services, made of horsehair or PVC.

–  Companies use our brushes in the manufacture of roofing materials. Brushes are made of a PVC core, into which a nylon or wire filler is inserted. They are designed to clean the roofing prior to it being varnished.
